When selecting personalised embroidery, please note that your order is final and cannot be changed once placed.
- We strive to accurately represent embroidery thread colours and font samples but please understand lighting will affect the colours shown and may show differently on each device.
- If you would like to see your chosen name in a specific font before ordering, please email us before placing your order.
- Embroidery cannot be removed or altered once completed. If you are unhappy with your chosen font after receiving your order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
- Your embroidery will be made exactly as entered, including upper and lowercase letters. Please double-check your spelling before submitting your order.
- Personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Embroidery Turnaround Time:
Our standard processing time is up to 7 business days. During busy periods, this may take longer, but we always strive to complete your order as quickly as possible.
