Shipping & Returns

All orders will be dispatched from Melbourne within 48 hours (unless this includes personalised embroidery) of purchase unless purchased through pre-order, or during sales events which may take longer to dispatch.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $150.  If you wish to have your order express posted, you can choose this option at checkout at an additional cost.  There is a regular shipping flat rate of $9.95 for orders under this amount or $15 if you wish for express post. 

Regular Shipping – Australia Post: Delivery 3 – 7 business days

Express Post – Australia Post: 1 – 5 business days

FREE PICK UP AVAILBLE from Point Cook (VIC 3030). Please email us to arrange if you wish to collect your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Rates calculated at checkout based on Country and weight.

Please note you may need to pay taxes in some Countries, this is not our responsibility.  

Shipping times vary from each Country. You can check the current delivery times to a Country through the Australia Post website.  We send all parcels through Air Mail unless you select Express.

LATE + LOST PARCELS

Please note Petite + Co are not held responsible for any late, lost or damaged deliveries from Australia Post or any international post.  We do NOT follow up lost parcels this is the customers responsibility to check with their local post and contact and follow up.

You can add parcel insurance and you will therefore be compensated through Route if eligible.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We check all items before being sent, but if an item is faulty, they must be sent back in the exact same way as you received with all tags attached and unused.  You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.  Returns and exchanges are not available on sale items.  We do not offer any changes or returns on any personalised items. Please ensure you choose the correct variations and provide the correct information for any personalisation as this can not be changed. If you need any further information, please contact us.

Please ensure the postal address is correct. You are responsible for the return postage costs if an address is incorrect and your parcel needs to be resent
