Shipping & Returns

All orders will be dispatched from Melbourne within 48 hours (unless this includes personalised embroidery) of purchase unless purchased through pre-order, or during sales events which may take longer to dispatch.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – WITHIN AUSTRALIA

There is a regular shipping flat rate of $9.95 or $15 if you wish for express post. 

Regular Shipping – Australia Post: Delivery 3 – 7 business days

Express Post – Australia Post: 1 – 5 business days

DELIVERY TIMES MAY CHANGE DURING BUSY PERIODS (Eg CHRISTMAS/BLACK FRIDAY SALE) Please check the Australia Post website for up to date delivery times.

FREE PICK UP AVAILBLE from Point Cook (VIC 3030). Please email us to arrange if you wish to collect your order. 

If you require something urgently, please send us an email and we will do all we can to help. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Rates calculated at checkout based on Country and weight.

Shipping times vary from each Country. You can check the current delivery times to a Country through the Australia Post website.  We send all parcels through Regular post unless you select Express.

TAX

Please note you may need to pay tax and/or duties in some Countries, this is not our responsibility.  Please be aware of these taxes you may incur in order to receive your parcel.

LATE + LOST PARCELS

Please note Petite + Co are not held responsible for any late, lost or damaged deliveries from Australia Post or any international post.  We do NOT follow up lost parcels that do not have insurance, this is the customers responsibility to check with their local post and contact and follow up.

If you have insurance on your parcel, please reach out and we will start an investigation.

You can add parcel insurance and you will therefore be covered if eligible.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Please ensure you provide your email address so you receive your tracking number. We can not send your tracking to a phone number.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

All items are carefully checked before being sent. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review this for you. Faulty items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all tags attached, unused and unworn.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs. For international customers, return postage to Australia can be expensive, so please keep this in mind before placing your order.

Returns and exchanges are not available on sale items.

Personalised items cannot be changed, returned or exchanged. Please ensure all details, spelling, colours, sizes and variations are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once your item has been personalised.

Please ensure the postal address is correct. You are responsible for the return postage costs if an address is incorrect and your parcel needs to be resent
