If choosing to add personalised embroidery to any of our items please note that your order choice is final.
We do our best to show true colour of embroidery thread and samples of fonts.
If you want to have a name in a particular font sampled before your order is placed, please email so you can see font before choice is made. If you unfortunately received your item and do not like the font, we do not accept change of mind. Please note embroidery can not be unpicked.
The larger the name or quote the smaller the font. This may mean some longer names or quotes are harder to read depending on the product selected. Darker colour embroidery thread will always show best and more clear.
Once we make your personalised embroidery we do not accept any chance of mind.
Your embroidery will be made exactly as is entered with both upper and lower case letters. Please ensure you write this correctly in your order in the appropriate box on each listing.
Fonts vary in size, please contact prior to your order if you need any clarification.
For longer names, larger embroidery designs or particular fonts, the design may require one or more split stitches or joining points to fit within our embroidery area. These joins may be slightly visible, particularly on knitted, ribbed or textured fabrics where the material naturally moves beneath the stitching. This is a normal part of the embroidery process and is not considered a fault or inconsistent workmanship.
The position and visibility of a split stitch will vary depending on the name, font, size, product and fabric selected. Remaking an item using the same details will result in the same or similar joining points. By selecting personalised embroidery, you acknowledge and accept that split stitches may be required.
Please ensure you add the additional cost if applicable otherwise your item will not be personalised.
We do not accept any returns or refunds for any embroidery / personalised items.
All embroidery turnaround time is quoted on each listing. We try to have your embroidery done as soon as possible but during busy periods this may take longer.
