Personalisation & embroidery

How long does personalisation take?
All personalised orders are carefully embroidered in-house by our team. Please allow 1–3 business days for your item to be customised before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Can I choose the embroidery font and colour?
Yes. You can choose from our embroidery fonts and thread colours before adding your item to cart. Our font preview tool helps you see how your chosen name or wording will look before ordering.
Can I preview my embroidery before ordering?
Yes. Our font preview tool lets you type in your chosen name or wording and preview it in different fonts, helping you feel confident before placing your order.
Can I change my embroidery details after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Because personalised items are made to order, we may not be able to make changes once your order has entered production.
Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please double-check all spelling, font choices and colours before placing your order.
What if I made a spelling mistake?
Please email us immediately with your order number. If your item has not yet been embroidered, we will do our best to update it. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Can I add embroidery in another language?
At this stage, we may not be able to embroider all languages or characters, as our embroidery program supports selected fonts and letters. Please contact us before ordering if you need special characters or another language.
Where are your items personalised?
Our embroidery is completed in-house by Petite + Co, allowing us to carefully personalise each piece with love and attention to detail.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Available shipping options and rates will appear at checkout based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please remember that personalised items require production time before they are dispatched.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email where available.

Gifting

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Many of our pieces make beautiful gifts and are carefully packed with gifting in mind. Selected gift boxes and bundles are ready to give for baby showers, newborn gifts and special occasions. Or simply add a gift box to your order.
Can I send an order directly to someone as a gift?
Yes. You can enter the recipient's address at checkout and have the order sent directly to them. We recommend checking the shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Sizing, materials & ordering

What size should I choose for a birth announcement?
Our newborn size is generally recommended for babies up to 4kg. If you are unsure or buying as a gift, sizing up can be a beautiful option for longer wear.
What are your knitted products made from?
Our knitted products are made from 100% cotton, making them soft and gentle for little ones.
How do I care for my personalised item?
For best results, gentle cold wash or handwash. Avoid bleach, wringing, or tumble drying to preserve the embroidery and fabric quality. You can iron over the embroidery to flatten it once dry.
What should I check before placing my order?
Please carefully check the spelling, font, embroidery colour, size and shipping address before completing your order. Personalised items are made exactly as entered at checkout.
