Shipping

Please check and ensure all Shipping information is correct and accurate as this cannot be changed once order is placed. 

You accept this is correct and understand if your parcel is sent to an incorrect address, you will need to wait until the parcel is return and pay for the additional costs to resend to the correct address. 

Embroidery (if applicable)

This applies to any order that includes a personalised item.

Any order that includes a personalisation is final We do not allow any changes, returns or exchanges on personalised items.

Fonts | Please note this choice is final. You can view our font alphabet here . If you wish to see the font with a name, please ensure this done prior to selecting and placing your order via email - hello@petiteandco.com so you select the font you want when placing your order.

Spelling | Please double check all spelling is correct, including capital letters and lowercase as you want written for embroidery. We cannot accept changes once your order is placed and are NOT responsible if you have spelt a name or quote incorrectly. If you write a name in capital letters it will be embroidered in capital letters. 

Colour | We do our best to show true colour but please note each screen may show differently.

Turn Around Time | Our turn around time for all embroidery is 7 working days. During sale and busy periods of releases such as Christmas, this estimated turn around time can increase for personalised items. 

We will try to have your order made and sent as soon as possible.

If you are needing your order with a quick turnaround time, please contact us to see if this can be arranged prior to placing your order. 

PLEASE NOTE embroidery cannot be unpicked and changed. Your selection is final. Please double check all before placing your order.
