I Entered the Wrong Address
If you’ve made a mistake with your address details, please contact us immediately via email with your full name and order number. We’ll do our best to update your address before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make changes. In this case, you may be able to redirect your parcel. You will need to contact the post to see if this is possible.
Important: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, reshipping costs will be at your expense. Please double-check your details before completing and finalising your order.
Product Care
How should I wash my baby’s personalised clothing?
For best results, gentle cold wash or handwash. Avoid bleach, wringing, or tumble drying to preserve embroidery and fabric quality. You CAN iron over embroidery to flatten once dry.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. If your order has been sent we are unable to cancel. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@petiteandco.com for assistance.
Restocks & Preorders
How often do restocks happen?
Restocks vary depending on the product. Our most popular items are restocked regularly, while limited-edition pieces may not return.
Do you offer preorders?
No, unfortunately we do not offer preorders due to possible shipping delays and disappointment in delays. All available items are in stock and ready to ship. If an item is sold out, keep an eye on our website or sign up for restock notifications.
Embroidery
Can I change my embroidery details after placing an order?
Once embroidery has started, changes cannot be made. Please double-check your order before confirming and processing. If you order has been stated or made it cannot be changed. If you need to change, please email hello@petiteandco.com with your order number and we can confirm if it can be change.
Can I return personalised or embroidered items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised products unless there is a fault or error on our part.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at hello@petiteandco.com within 7 days with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Gift with Purchase
Occasionally, we offer promotions where you’ll receive a free gift when you spend a specified amount.
- The gift will be automatically added to your cart if your order meets the minimum spend requirement as promoted (excluding shipping).
- If you remove the gift from your cart and complete your order, we will assume you do not wish to receive it, and it will not be included in your shipment. Gifts cannot be added after checkout or shipped separately.
- Offer valid while stocks last. Gifts cannot be exchanged for other colors or items.
Do you have a discount code or a sale?
