Can orders be placed while we are closed?
Unfortunately, we are currently closed and not accepting any orders while we are away with our children
I ordered before you closed, has my order been sent?
All orders ordered prior to closing have been sent.
You would have received an email with your tracking information. You can check your tracking on the Australia Post website or your local post website. Example - USA - USPS: https://www.usps.com/ enter your tracking and this will have the most up to date information
Embroidery turn around when reopening
Our usual embroidery turnaround time is up to 7 working days plus shipping time. We try to have all embroidery made as soon as possible and dispatched.
The orders will be made in order once we reopen and dispatched as soon as possible.
